Fairfield Inn & Suites Tucson North / Oro Valley的点评
点评：Disappointed in every way. We stayed 9 nights. We are Marriott titanium members. Barbecue out of order entire stay, meaning more nights in restaurants. Both ice machines out of order 2 days meaning cocktails in bars. These issues cost me a lot. Second floor ice machine out entire stay. The only reason the first floor ice maker was fixed is because I helped a very nice young lady working at the front desk get it unstuck after she told me she thought she knew what the problem was. She complained that nobody knew what was going on around there and nobody told her anything. Hot tub out of order last 3 days of our stay. Crazy, loud sounds in the walls woke us up every night. It was an outside wall, so not neighboring room and other guests told me that they had the same issue. The room needs updating.
I asked to speak with manager about giving me a couple of the nights for free (total cost for 9 nights over $1200). GM was out of town until the next week but they would inform him of our request. Never heard a peep. Upon departure I requested he contact us to let us know if he would honor our request. Haven’t heard a peep. Just the food I spent eating out because the barbecue and ice machines weren’t working should warrant two of the nights free.
To the good: the breakfast staff worked hard, were efficient and pleasant. Front desk staff were pleasant and generally tried their best despite so many non functioning areas of the hotel. Room has microwave and fridge and small seating area. They have coffee out in the morning for early birds.
