Rude and arrogant staff, bad breakfast and stolen belongings

点评：First the Staff : le cleaning ladies never smile, so rude, the guys at the reception are lazy and treat you like you like you're dumb.
The breakfast if you can call it a meal was a joke, 3 pieces of tiny bread that doesn't even make a whole piece of toast all together, a shot of orange juice, a shot ?!? 🤣
The room was OK but some parts were not clean. Same with the common area, some empty bottles of beers in the morning, ashtrays full etc...
Lastly the incident : in the morning of departure we forgot our jacket in the kitchen where the ladies were cleaning when we left.
We tried to call them all day long but nobody answered. We has to go back to the hotel and the arrogant guy at the hotel just said that nothing was retrieved. HE CLEARLY DIDN'T CARE. No apologies, no empathy. We then asked him over Whastapp to give us the number of the hotel manager after multiple ghosting. He just sent us a photo of the house rules. SO UNPROFESSIONAL ! And so arrogant.
The manager as well was a joke, he just discarded our complaint like it was our fault, that we had to take care of our stuff. What about doing your job and answering the phone first of all ?
He then accused us of racism when we said that in Europe customers are treated better. No excuses, no "I'm sorry for your loss". Worst experience in a hotel in Latin America!
Don't bother to come to this hostel where the staff is rude and unprofessional. The rooms are dirty, the breakfast is a joke and if anything happen like your belongings being stolen the whole staff won't care and tell you it's your fault 👎
