Bakwena Day Spa - Zevenwacht的点评
点评：I have been to other Bakwena spa's and loved it best service and treatments, food delicious etc. I thought this 1 must be the ultimate in cpt.
But what a disappointment 😞
Arrived at the breakfast, terrible the fire place was all smoked. Then received the wrong breakfast, after receiving our correct order we had to wait 5 min for cuttlery.
We decided let's get it done and move to the spa.
Arrival was great but comparing to bakwena in jhb. Very poor. Didn't feel any happy, homy welcome.
Treatments was super great and the ladies friendly. But totally unorganized
Everyone is running up and down to get everyone yo the right places. There wasn't enough blankets or heaters to keep everyone warm.
The drinks between treatments was terrible, no one serves you. You have to get up and order your drinks so not everyone can a hot drink before the next treatment because there is que to get a drink.
No snacks between treatments like all the other bakwena spa's so you starving by the time it's lunch.
No calming background music anywhere between or at the treatment stations.
When lunch arrived it was cold. Very unpleasant as it was a very cold day.
On our way home there was no one to greet us on our way out. You just leave and off you go.
Was really not a great, comfortable homy relaxing outing.
The place also needs some restorations. The rain caused the roof to drip water and floors was wet all over. The way to the bathroom are terrible. So bad that I had to remove my socks and slippers cause it was dripping wet.
I really hope that the review will get them to upgrade and it will be much better for other people to experience.
