Great half day for Ladies!
Bakwena Day Spa - Zevenwacht的点评
点评：My friend and I went for a full day spa experience. I've been there before and knew what to expect. For the price, I find the day enjoyable, but I prefer the half day, the full day just gets too long and everything feels the same after a while.
This is actually more of a recommendation to management as a review. Please give attention to these small thing:
1. Give attention to staff's clothing. It's old, torn and damaged, make staff look "used" and unprofessional.
2. Train staff in dining area to clean tables properly. They remove plates and glasses, but leave tables, chairs and floor dirty for you to return to.
3. Train staff to clean the outside smoking area. (Ashtrays) This area has a beautiful view spoiled by a big bush right in the middle. Cutting the bush would really improve the view.
4. Staff should not lean over your head with massages and touch your body. This is really uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I will definitely return, with girlfriend. I find the half day package to be great fun, bonding day for ladies for the price. I'm not sure is this is for people that want to totally relax in tranquility or if this is a couple's venue, but I might be wrong.
