We arrived at Cape Goodness just before 15h00 on the 11th and I was shown to our room by the assistant. But then she either called the land lady Rene, or received a call from Rene. The phone was handed to me and Rene told me to leave the property as I had no booking. I told her I had a printed confirmation and showed this to her assistant. Rene yelled at me and told me to leave the property or she would call the police. I said I would welcome this and asked her to come and speak to me in person so I could show he the booking confirmation, She said she would not and I must leave immediately. My wife and I then decided we did not want to stay with such rude and unprofessional people and left and booked somewhere else through Booking.com. I have never had such rude and unprofession service in my live before.
