点评：Our overall experience at Oase was truly marvellous. From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. The service staff were always ready with a smile and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
We appreciated the variety of dining ambiences provided—each offering a different but equally memorable experience. A special thanks to Liz, who constantly checked in on us and made sure our needs and preferences were met. Thumbs up for her attentive care!
During the Safari at Kruger, we felt that breakfast could have been simplified with packed sandwiches for convenience. That said, the chef did an excellent job—the cooked meals were delicious, especially the lamb shank and the carrot cake, which we absolutely loved.
The sundowner experience on the first day was exhilarating. The stunning views paired with refreshing drinks made it a highlight of our trip.
One area for improvement would be housekeeping. Our laundry was not picked up as expected. However, we were impressed by the swift response from the maintenance team when we had an issue with the back door lock—it was resolved efficiently.
In summary, our stay at Oase exceeded expectations, and we’re already recommending it to friends planning a visit to South Africa. Thank you for a memorable experience!
