点评：How could I give this hotel only 5 stars? It was a fantastic experience. The service felt personalized from the very beginning — even before we arrived, they were already sending messages with directions, route suggestions, and showing concern about our delayed arrival.
We had requested some drinks for the minibar in advance (like the African drink Savanna), and they were provided. Since we arrived late, they served us a delicious dinner in our room — my husband still remembers the amazing seafood soup.
The bed is divine! The bathroom and all the room’s amenities are fantastic. You’re immersed in the middle of the wilderness — I even saw a hare and a family of warthogs pass by our room, not to mention the giraffes inside the hotel grounds. We were very well taken care of at all times.
We didn’t use the pool because it was cold, but there was a beautiful one. Instead, we enjoyed an outdoor soaking tub with bath foam and bath salts! It’s a unique experience — a mix of rest, immersion in wildlife, but with luxury and attention to detail.
Activities available at the hotel include cycling, fishing and river picnics (highly recommended), sunset drinks, forest walks, and even night safaris to spot wildlife.
