I used my PizzaBoyz App to order for delivery and what a mess, will never support PizzaBoyz again.
Today at 17:59 I placed my order for delivery that is literally 500m away and 1 hour later still no delivery?
I called and the cashier said it should be there any minute, so I leave my hotel room to wait for my delivery and another 20min later still nothing?
So, I call again, and this time call is answered but nobody speaks?

I call again, this time another cashier answers and promises to get the store manager to call me back, till now, no call from the manager?
Now my order arrives, box is rained wet, and pizza is ice cold, so I cancel the order, go back to my hotel room get my car keys and now have to drive to the store 500m away in the rain to get my money back.
No manager in the store, they sent someone to call her, but she does not bother to come speak to me and sends instruction to cashier to refund my payment.
Will now delete this App and never support this brand again.
Will make time to post my experience on Google review.
So disappointed in this brand.
