点评：I would have given this hotel a five star as it is really nice and breakfast was good. You need to watch out for the parking scam. After our stay we received a parking ticket out of Louisiana. At first, I thought the ticket was a scam but realized the address was the hotel we stayed at. I called the hotel and was told the manager would have ALL the tickets waived the next day, so obviously other people received tickets. Spoke to the hotel 4 times and was assured nothing to worry about. The last call I said I wanted the manager to call me back and of course she never called back. I have dates, times and person I spoke to during each call. I went into the parking company website managing their ticket process and filed a dispute as we continued to receive notices. They said they would get back to me in 72 hours with a resolution. Well, that did not happen and in the process, I received past dues notices, this ticket went from $40 to $130. I filed the dispute on 4/29/25 and did not get notice until 5/15/25 that the ticket had been voided on 5/7/25. The same day I received the notice the ticket was voided I received a final notice threatening turning this over to collection. We provided the hotel with our license plate number upon checking in. So, they have some system that compares plate numbers in the parking lot to registration. But our plate must have not been put in or was put in wrong, even though we provided our correct number. I would recommend upon checking in you make the clerk shows you the computer screen showing they really put your plate number in, and it is correct and saved.
