点评：My family and I had made a reservation at 8pm 10/07 with my family. My cousin had received a text her table was ready as we were waiting across the street at The Porch for our table as we are moving to Phoenix and were really excited about coming to Whiskey Row.
My cousin had received a text that the table was ready around 8:45 and walked across the street. She had been let inside and was seated and received menus. My family and I walked across the street around 8:47 and we were told they weren't letting people in after 8:45 and wouldn't seat us for dinner. The bouncer also told us that the name wasn't available.
I'm a business owner myself and your justification is BS especially considering a reservation means (RESERVED SEATING) and if my family is ALREADY INSIDE being seated for dinner and the bouncer wouldn't let us into join, I'm not going to be returning, will be advising against business being given to whiskey row. Do not give them your business.
I'm not one to leave nasty reviews but if I'm going to pay you money and I have a reservation, your employees shouldn't be turning people away.
