Black Angus Steakhouse - Chandler的点评
点评：First of all, I walked into the bar area intending to eat there and it was extremely hot. The bartender told me the dining area was cooler. It was cooler, but not much. Then I sat there waiting to be greeted by the server which took forever. I began searching for other restaurants. I should have followed that thought process. The server took my drink order and food by that point. I received the salad and drink fairly quickly. My glass was empty when my steak arrived. The gentleman who brought it had me cut it to be sure it was cooked properly. It was overcooked. He took it back and was going to fix it. The server walked past my empty glass multiple times. Never once stopped to fix that. The new steak came out and was correct but still no drink. She stopped by to say she would grab one when I was almost done but never did. I was without anything to drink for 23 minutes. No joke. Awful. I mentioned the wait to her and she apologized but it was too late. I should have gone elsewhere.
