点评：As usual, very, very good indeed! Although our first visit to this location, their consistency and quality across the board reflects well across all their locations we’ve had the opportunity to visit. We recently stopped in for a Happy Hour and sipped on Huss Scottsdale Blonde Ale and a delicious Raspberry Drop Margarita and went on to enjoy a top-notch rendition their California Rolls, some scrumptious and tasty crispy fried chicken Sliders, the tender if not a little disappointing calamari. But the Artichoke Dip and Chips was fabulous. This Artichoke Dip on its own is worth bragging about and coming back for - ‘cause my wife and I are Artichoke Dip Aficionados since way back when. We asked the server how it was put together, he said it was based on Reggiano cream along with some softened white Cheddar, the added ingredients of the fresh artichokes, tad amount jalapeños and the roasted garlic and home-made tortilla chips up the anti to this rendition which only the second best we’ve ever had – it’s a strong competition to Mike’s American Restaurant in Springfield Virginia! Once deciding we’d had enough, although we left room for desert, we ordered the Whiskey Apple Crumble (naaaah!). This rendition was ultra dry, maybe next time. Overall, this gastropub and grill stays in our frequent eatery list. Keep up the great work Thirsty!
