Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge的点评
点评：We have eaten the “lunch/bar” offerings twice. Out of the 4 plates of food only one met a satisfactory rating. The blackened halibut tacos were good. Fresh toppings and the halibut had a nice blackened flavor.
The other 3 offerings were poor to inedible. The beer battered cod had way too much breading on, hiding the Alaskan cod that should have been the star. My husband ended up peeling off the breading, then he could actually taste the fish. My husband also ordered the sausage flatbread pizza. It was dripping of oil. The entire paper underneath the pizza was saturated with oil. I ordered the mushroom quesadilla…should have called it a cheese quesadilla with a spattering of mushrooms. I picked out the mushrooms, onions, and some corn kernels. The cheese was just too much.
Our waitress made it right, comping us the meals…she was the shining star of our experience.
We have 3 more Princess lodges to stay at on our land excursions. We have decided to go with green salads (dressing on the side) the rest of our trip. Hoping they can’t mess these up too bad.
