点评：We were visiting Tortuguero on a nature trip and saw an ad that convinced us to splurge. Transportation by boat both ways was included and our water taxi driver, Francisco, was punctual, capable, and entertaining. We had delicious cocktails and truly enjoyed all four courses. The salad dressing was a bit tart, but the ingredients and care in its preparation more than made up for that. I believe the reason we were asked to choose our entrees before hand is that the restaurant is a boat, so doesn’t have the storage space needed in order to serve á la carte. I was looking forward to the coconut and saffron sauce for my fish, but it must have had my restricted ingredient so was replaced with butter. Again, space constraints affecting the chef. But all the other ingredients were present, fresh, and cooked to perfection and I was very pleased with my meal and our service. 100% will return if we make it back to Tortuguero again.
