点评："I'm sorry" seemed to be the only words our server knew. The restaurant had people in it, but wasn't crowded. We got seated right away. We waited 10+ minutes for a server to appear and she said "I'm sorry, I didn't know this was my table". I asked if they had Bud Light on draft and my husband wanted Coors Light on draft. HE said if they didn't have Coors Light, he'd take a Bud Light. We both said we'd take bottles if the draft was out. When she brought the beers, she brought 2 Coors Light. I said that I ordered Bud Light. She said "I'm sorry" and got the Bud Light. We ordered the combo appetizer. It came with fried pickles, tater skins and rattlesnake bites (jalepeno poppers) and 2 dipping sauces. We asked for 2 cajun sauces. When the food came out (it was hot), we had 2 ranch sauces, no cajun. She said "I'm sorry" and got the cajun. We decided to split a bbq chicken and ribs platter. When it came out, it was only one plate. I asked for a second plate (since we were splitting!) and she said "I'm sorry" and got another plate. In the meantime, there was a linen napkin and a blue latex glove in the floor that all the busboys and the servers continually walked past without picking them up. When the meal was over, she brought the bill. She sorta hovered so we put down the card. Before we signed, I looked at the total. We were charged for a Bud Light and TWO Coors Light (we only had 2 beers total). When brought to her attention, our server said "I'm sorry" and fixed it. So, "I'm sorry" but there are LOTS of other restaurants in Tuscaloosa and it might be awhile before we go back to that one.
