点评：Do not stay here if at all possible! We were given a room without a working TV. When I called the front desk about it, LeeLee (sp?) told me “maybe” none of the TV’s were working due to weather. When I asked if she could check, she said she would change my room. I asked her if someone would please check whether TV was working in another room before we moved rooms. She left me on hold for about 15 minutes and then gave me another room number (no mention on making sure TV was working in new room). I told her I did not appreciate being left on hold so long, and she HUNG UP ON ME! After repeated attempts to reach the hotel manager about this after our stay and leaving messages, I never received a call back from Luke Woodland. The one time I was told he was even there, I was told he was on a zoom call. I never heard back. Hotel staff and management are in the hospitality business. Pretty pathetic. Zero stars.
