Buddy's BBQ的点评
点评：Our daughter, who lives in Polk County, FL, called and asked if we had been to Buddy's BBQ. Until then we had never heard of it. She saw it on FB, I guess. Well, seeing as Talladega is just over an hour from our home, we felt a field trip was necessary. We arrived, went inside and found the place to be almost full of patrons and this was about 1300 hours. Wife had their pulled pork samich and I had the 4 piece rib platter, with cole slaw and fries. Was the food good, no, it was excellent. I can't honestly recall the last time I ate ribs with so much flavor and probably never had them as tender as these. So good that I wanted to buy an entire rack to take home, but they didn't have any cooked. They were closing at 1400 hours and therefore didn't want leftover cooked food. Parking lot had to be totally empty due to it being repaved. I think our total was around $31, with drinks. The owner's wife is a hoot, so dog gone friendly. As we walked out a couple from TN was about to walk in. We told them they were now closed and why. The man told us they had driven from their home in TN to eat here; they had heard so much about it and just had to try i
