点评：So I came in about an hour before close and got a carry out order. An order nearly $100 in food and drinks and gave a tip as well. Then I went to fill our drinks. We try not to drink sodas at all. So I filled my sons tea, he made a bad face so I tasted it, it was sour, so I tried the other container sour, so I tried the Splenda tea ....super sour. Girl said it was made at 4pm....absolutely no way! The unsweetened was fine so maybe that was made ar 4 but none of the sweet tea could have been that fresh. So I asked if they would brew some since it was ALL sour she refused and said they throw it out after close. I said as you should but you have at this point about an hour until close and I'm about to fill 5 adult drinks and a kids drink on my order alone and there is 4 other people in line right now. She refused again. I most certainly would not have left a tip if this had happened prior to me paying, and I do believe her manager should know that someone did not brew fresh tea when they said they did and then proceeded to be rude when asked to fix a problem. I understand if your 10 /15 mins until close or something but with an hour and a large order like mine the $5 bucket of tea is not too much to ask!
