Great location but room amenities needs improvement
罗望子安朱纳果阿精品遗产酒店的点评
点评：I recently spent three nights at this hotel during the third week of March 2024 with my friends and stayed in room 209. The hotel's location is excellent, with Anjuna Beach in near by. The overall ambiance of the hotel and restaurant is pleasant, but there are areas that require significant improvement.
Firstly, the breakfast offered by the hotel was just ok and nothing great about it, with limited options consisting mainly of chole bhature, poori, and sabji being repeated I believe every other day.
Secondly, the cleanliness of the room amenities left much to be desired. The doors and windows were in need of repair, and the kettle provided in the room was visibly dusty, requiring replacement, they did replace it when I asked. However, even the replacement kettle was found to have cockroaches underneath it. This highlights a common issue in Indian hotels where maintenance and cleanliness standards may fall short.
For future guests considering this hotel, I recommend requesting a thorough check and cleaning of the room before check-in to ensure a more satisfactory experience.
