Finally, we were asked for our drink order. Came back 10 minutes later to inquire of our food order.
Now, mind you, when we came in there was a table that had not been cleaned off from the previous diners.
Had to ask server for the rolls. Brought them out. Nice and hot. That's a great thing!
Received our food, which was great too. Steak cooked medium well just as requested. Husband loved his hamburger.
After we were finished eating my husband would have liked to have another beer, but of course we were ignored. Finally got the attention of the bartender so we could pay and get the hell out of there.
Our order was $53.24 so i gave the bartender $55. She brought me back a $1. I dint bother to say anything. After all of the lousy service I tipped accordingly.
We are normally fantastic tippers, but I just could not reward this horrible customer service. The other staff members seemed to be just wandering around doing not much of anything.
We will never be back to this location. Haven't been here to eat since before COVID. It was going downhill then but we thought we'd give it another try. What a terrible mistake we made.
