Hyatt Place Birmingham Hoover的点评
点评：I usually enjoy staying at Hyatt properties, but unfortunately, this location didn’t live up to the usual standard. The room wasn’t very clean and it felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired out, and there was a strange smell that never really went away during my stay.
Breakfast was also a letdown. Compared to other Hyatts I’ve stayed at, the options were limited and didn’t feel fresh or well-prepared. I’ve had much better experiences at other locations in terms of both quality and variety.
Customer service was another weak point. There wasn’t much staff presence, and when I did need help, it was hard to get someone’s attention or assistance. The staff didn’t seem very engaged or helpful, which was surprising because Hyatt usually has great service.
Overall, I was disappointed. I chose this hotel expecting the same level of quality and comfort I’ve had at other Hyatts, but it fell short in several key areas. Hopefully, they can make some improvements.
