乡村壁炉套房酒店的点评
点评：Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in, throw up outside the hotel door, when I arrived they had canceled my room bc they overbooked theirselves. After waiting an hour they told me they had a one bed smoking room for me and my smal daughter, that was outside on 2nd floor in the back exterior when I had booked 2 beds interior, suggested first floor and non smoking. Over charged my CC $20, only one pillow on the whole bed that was small and very flat, tv remote didn’t work, chair had holes in it and was black stains everywhere, no light bulbs in the lamps at all, all outlets had wires hanging out everywhere and no smoke alarm cover or bathroom vent cover, blanket on bed was so dirty my daughter would not even cover up with it, loud drunk guest partying all night and no one would make them stop and get in their rooms. Drunk man passed out on the walk way on the 2nd floor stairs and no one said anything or helped with the situation, I was so scared to go outside or my room it was unbelievable, everytime I called the front desk. They hung up on me, blood in the bathroom floor and beer can was left beside the toliet, breakfast was so donuts someone gave the hotel that were dropped on the floor and smushed had dirt all over them. It was disgusting and nasty. I felt violated and in prison from not being able to walk out my room from the loud scary noise it was causing my daughter to cry herself to sleep all night. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!
