I went to the Mufasa movie on the 22 December 2024, 11.35 show, I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Kamala Cinemas. As a regular customer of over two decades, I was shocked by the poor maintenance, staffing, and overall experience.
Upon arrival, I was met with disorganization and chaos in the bike parking area. The staff seemed unprepared for the number of patrons, and instead of politely guiding me to an alternative parking spot, they resorted to scolding and using bad language. When I tried to reason with them, they became aggressive and threatening, with a group of staff members gathering around me in an intimidating manner.
What's even more appalling is that they allowed patrons for the next show to enter the premises before the previous show had even ended, resulting in a severe shortage of parking space. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the staff chose to be rude and dismissive.
As a loyal customer, I expect a certain level of respect and service. Unfortunately, Kamala Cinemas has failed to meet these expectations. The maintenance of the theatre is also subpar, and the staffing seems to be more interested in being rowdy and aggressive rather than providing good customer service.
I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and takes immediate action to improve the overall experience for their patrons. Until then, I would advise others to think twice before visiting Kamala Cinemas.
