点评：Wonderful experience during my stay, and much of that credit goes to the exceptional front desk team. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that made me feel completely at home. A very special mention to Zeba from Guest Relations, whose kindness, patience, and thoughtful attention made every interaction feel personal. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and took the time to check in, offer support, and make sure I had everything I needed. Her presence added a heartfelt human touch to the entire stay. In a world where service can often feel routine, Zeba and the front desk team reminded me what true hospitality looks like.
