点评:Very poor dining experience. Went for dinner on 31st Jan. Order was jotted on a torn sheet of paper. We were 4 but only 3 were served with Roti etc saying that 4th order Rumali roti is on the way which never came. After waiting for some time as food was getting cold, we reminded server and he promises to get the pending order but still nothing. 2nd reminder resulted in blank face of server that there was no order. Asked him if 4 pax then there should be 4 set of breads /rotis. He now pulled out a different piece of paper and showed there is no 4th bread in his list. Reminded him that he had read out the order and also confirmed that 4th bread is Wheat only and not maida. Finally the 4th bread arrived when rest 3 had already finished dinner. 4th pax had to eat cold chicken with bread as AC was effective and had chilled all of us including the food.
We asked for bill wout service charge. Manager did a disappearing act and was not available for a formal complaint. Also noticed that restaurant has barely 3 servers who r overworked. Also restaurant has no service trays. Your order of soup, appetisers, main course is brought by 2 servers. One arrnages the dishes by taking it from others hands, one by one. Once served, no server will come to check of you need water or want to order extra bread etc.
