点评：Myself and my partner were staying in the beautiful town of Sigiriya when we saw that there were cooking classes available. We booked one for the next day on the strength of the reviews alone. They were totally right, what a great experience we had. The setting was beautiful, with incredible views of Lion's Rock in the background and tropical palm trees all around us. Sumi and her assistant were both really friendly and spoke great English. We helped cook a delicious menu of Sambal, Chicken Curry and Daal, along with many other dishes. There was even dessert thrown in for good measure! Throughout Sumi was helpful, provided great instruction and explanation and showed an incredibly knowledge and love of Sri Lankan Cuisine. My only suggestion would be to have been given the chance to help out even more with the cooking. But overall, a fantastic experience, thoroughly recommend.
