Island Divvy Tours的点评
点评：We had a large family vacation in Sri Lanka in December and worked with Island Divvy Tours (Maduranga, to be specific) to help us plan the trip end-to-end.
Maduranga helped plan our customized itinerary for several weeks before we even got to Sri Lanka. He was extremely responsive via WhatsApp and answered (a lot of) our questions patiently and politely.
He and his team were exceptional. It started right from the moment they picked us up from the airport. They were there right on time with the large bus that we requested.
We did two full-day trips with Island Divvy Tours. The first day was a full-day tour of a Turtle Hatchery, a boat cruise on the beautiful Madu river and followed up by a visit to a gemstone mine. Maduranga and his driver planned everything meticulously and took care of all details.
On the second full-day tour, we headed to Yala for a safari. Unfortunately, the original bus had a breakdown. This was of course unexpected. What followed was the five star experience. Within 30-45 minutes, Maduranga managed to locate another bus (a better bus!) and get the tour back on the road. I always judge businesses by how they handle unexpected items and these guys did amazingly well.
We had been working with a few different tour organizers before the trip. Island Divvy's quote was the most competitive and the service was exceptional.
We will definitely go back to Sri Lanka and I would unhesitatingly pick them again to help me with my tour planning.
