点评：This is the perfect example of honest, unpretentious hole-in-the-wall fast food place that does one thing and does it right, I could say taking it to perfection.
I've tried all their shaorma varieties (chicken, beef, mix) on various occasions, delivery, takeaway and also served on the spot and every time it tasted excellent. The blend of spices, the meat to salad and potatoes ratio, the sauces (they don't use just mayonnaise, but some special combinations like tahini and yoghurt), all were spot on. They also have their own small touches that you probably won't find elsewhere: they warm the pita after assembling the wrap which cooks it a bit giving it more flavour and texture; use different ingredients for beef or chicken (personally love the parsley addition to the beef wrap) and, the thing I mentioned about taking it to perfection, smear the end of the wrap on the meat cooking on the spike, searing it a bit for some grill marks and then adding a small dollop of sauce to make your first bite epic (see photos for a more visual appearance).
Apart from shaorma they also serve burgers, which I haven't yet tried, and some sides like hummus or desserts. They also offer ayran and some bottled fruited malt beverages and lemonade, no alcoholic drinks.
The place is mostly packed with customers and wait times could be higher at rush hours, but it's a sacrifice one has to make and proof that people really like their products. Even so, the staff is always cheery and friendly.
Only suggestion I would make is that they could make the spicy sauce a bit spicier, or maybe a different sauce for more daring customers. Even my wife, who isn't into spicy stuff like I am, says they're just mildly spicy.
All being said, from my point of view and a few other shaorma fans I've talked to, they are, at the point of writing this review, the best shaorma place in town, surpassing the nearby long-lived king, Warda (except for the mutton variety, which Dania don't serve and which still ranks in my top 3 preferences).
Hopefully they keep up the good work, I will make sure to check regularly :)
