点评：When a company says you will be picked up at your hostel I would expect a car/bus, no at 5 am I'm standing outside when this man whistles and waves at me to come by him, of course being a female I was a bit reserved. I go back into my hostel and wait for the bus. It's didn't come, but the man came back and whistled and waved at me again. He didn't speak any English, but was able to communicate laguna tour. Come with me. I asked to see his company papers, he didn't have any, and I asked where the car was, he say in broken English around the corner. So I followed him and he called other explores from another hostel, more men in the group, and now I'm feeling quite out of place. We finally get to the van, and there are others on it. The driver spent about an hour looking for a passenger who told him he was already on thr bus numerous times. The tour was over sold so the guide didn't have a seat. The guide or driver spoke no English so 6 of us had no clue what she was saying. They dropped us off at the trail and said to be back at a set time. The driver then left his parking break on for half the ride home, burning it out. I really felt that this was a very unorganized situation and was definitely not worth the money I spent. Just book at your hostel, no need for a guide for this treck. Our guide was useless anyhow.
