点评:Worst service. Room no. 404. My complaints were only addressed as "yes and certainly" by the receptionist lady but no work.
1) I checked-in only on a condition if they have atleast a avg wifi speed and which was confidentially promised (said yes) by the front desk male staff and also a day prior on call by the female attendant. 5 complaints but Zero connectivity zero support on my laptop.. dint even work for my mobile phone. I had a huge loss due to you people.
2) Kettle was dirty had some white powdery substance in it.
3) Cups were smelly similar to a stale coffee.
4) Windows were leaking.. it was a rainy day.
5) No hot water in the evening hour.
6) Thanks to the maintenance guy he tried and helped a lot to resolve my issue not his fault, hotel needs to upgrade.
I cut down on my 2 days of stay to 1.
