埃特诺茶花艾勒塔里雅酒店的点评
点评：We recently had a trip to Munnar with my family and my friends Family. Booking was done directly by contacting the resort over phone. we were a group of 2 families with 8 members and one driver. Booking was confirmed after making sure that Driver accommodation was available.
3 wooden cottages were booked for 4 nights.
Pros:
Beautiful location
excellent view from the balcony.
Mini Offroad experience for those liking it.
Cons:
Located almost 25 kms away from Munnar in a remote location with nothing available in the near vicinity
Rooms are spacious, But only one dental kit provided, No shaving kit, No foot wear, No soaps,
Approach roads to the reception and restaurant is very steep and elderly people can never do it by foot.
No driver accommodation provided as promised, He was asked to stay with the watchman in a dungeon like this room. Later we paid extra and got him an accommodation.
They make sure to collect full money has to be paid upfront, which is non refundable.
MD of the place was very rude on phone when we asked for driver accommodation and said drivers should sleep in the car.
Whole place is heavily infested with leeches and noisy insects but that is part of the nature.
Food is okay but you have no other choice.
In the end they made us pay 1000rs extra for a bed sheet which was minimally stained by food. Our Total stay costed almost 1 lakh rupees but still they insisted on the charges for washing the bed sheet.
On the whole i would definitely not recommend this place anybody . Book and stay at your own risk.
