点评:We spent 3 days in Dubrovnik and within 3 hours of our arrival in Korčula, we were already annoyed we did not come here sooner.
We were able to book a table very easily, with a range of availability. We were given a beautiful table for 2 right at the marina front. Our server Danilo made our evening so special. He was very knowledgeable on the area, the menu and appropriate wine pairings, without trying to upsell anything at all. He even kindly wrote down a list of activities for us to try during our stay.
For starters, we had tuna tartare and octopus salad, both were dressed and seasoned perfectly. For mains, we had lamb shank with delicious buttery mash and one of the best pieces of pork belly we’ve ever tasted. A simple, but delicious and not too sweet, semifreddo with fresh fig finished a perfect meal.
At the end of the evening he presented us with a digestif, with his compliments. A lovely gesture from an absolute gentleman.
His colleague referred us where to go for a nightcap.
This has, by far, been our best meal experience of our Croatian stay so far.
