Satterfield's Restaurant的点评
点评：This place is awful. We arrived on the 12th with reservations for 6 that we had made a week prior on open table which is how I have made a reservation every time we have eaten here for as long as I can remember. Upon arrival we were told by the hostess that we didn't have a reservation. I showed the hostess my reservation and confirmation #. She then tells me "oh we stopped using open table". I asked when did that happen? She then runs off to get the manager. He comes over and explains that they stopped using Open Table the day after we made our reservation. I asked, "Did you not transfer your reservations over" and he said "oh we did but I guess we missed yours". I asked why we weren't contacted and he barked at me "how were we supposed to contact you if we no longer use open table?!?" and then told me the same thing happened the night before which you would think he'd be calling guests if he had already been through a night of missed reservations and unhappy customers. Our friends who frequent the sister restaurant El Zun Zun called because they know the owner. They were told to speak to the same manager who was no help. When they called the immature hostess was more interested in finding out the dirt on what we had to say about them rather than actually helping us out. We each (3 couples) had hired baby sitters for the night and drove out for a nice date night and paid for a valet only to be screwed over by the incompetent manager and hostess. We now had no where to eat on a Saturday night and Satterfield's offered nothing to us for dropping the ball. I will no longer eat here or El Zun Zun and cannot recommend eating with these people. They have ZERO appreciation for their guests.
