点评:We have stayed in many hotels all over the world. Some great and some not so good. I am writing this review to warn you about this hotel. It was the worst experience with a hotel we have ever had. I am going to give u a few examples. I am likely going to leave out a lot. There were just so many problems.
Let's start with making a reservation. We wanted three rooms one of which had to be handicapped accessible. We tried to contact the hotel directly. Not possible. So since we live in the same city we drove to the hotel. The phone system was down and they had no idea when it would return. They were able to make the reservations. A couple of weeks later we needed to make a change to one room. That started a multi-day horrible experience. After several days and multiple phone calls to the national number we finally got things straight. At one point they changed our cancellable reservations to non-cancellable. We then had to fix that. But the real coup de grâce was that their room key making machine did not work. For our relatives entire three day stay one of the staff had to accompany them to their room and let them in with the master. They were short staffed to boot. You can imagine what this was like with a 93 year old in a wheelchair. There were also computer problems on the busiest weekend of the travel year and the phone system never did work.
You would think a hotel with the Hilton brand could do better.
