点评:This was the most disappointing meal I have ever had the displeasure of eating. This restaurant boasts using fresh local ingredients, which they actually did. However, the only flavors I could taste with any of the savory dishes were salt and cream. Everything tasted the same and there was nothing to break up the monotony of the dishes.
We had a cashew kombucha, which was excellent and helped cleanse the pallet. I’m thankful we decided to get one, otherwise I probably would have walked out. I couldn’t finish several of the course because they were inedibly salty. We were provided bread to scarpetta the sauce, but I personally didn’t want to ruin the tasty bread with the sauce.
The only decent “course” was the green beans wrapped in a crepe. The flavors were well balanced and not too salty. This set my hopes too high.
I truly don’t understand how this restaurant has a single Michelin star, let alone two. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money.
