Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park的点评
点评：My son attended a birthday party at Urban Air on Friday night. His go-cart he was in ran into the wall because of a malfunction. My son told me after this happened the worker said, "I should not have put you in this one. It is messed up and has issues. Sorry."
My son has loose teeth that are permanent. We went to our dentist and found out they may need to be removed if they do not correct themselves. I left a voicemail Friday night to speak to someone. I left a voicemail Saturday to speak to someone. I left a voicemail Sunday and also Monday. No one returned my call.
I called again today, (Tuesday) and demanded someone call me. I spoke to a Jon who said he would have a manager call me. The manager, JT called and said "Oh yeah we got your concern about your son." I then ask why no one called me. His exact words were "I am a black and white person. Get to the point."
I told him I would but I want him to change his attitude. He laughs and hangs up the phone. Go back through and read the reviews. This place is terrible. Several people talk about all the various things malfunctioning and then the rude staff people who seemingly don't care. Terrible on all fronts. You have not heard the last from me.
In the meantime go book your parties and go to another park. This is place is horrendous.
