Comfort Inn & Suites Ashland - Richmond North的点评
点评：We had a wonderful stay last year, so we looked forward to returning. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our memories. Our room was located on the first floor adjacent to the elevator and lobby, across the hall from the ice machine and breakfast nook—the worst location, as the noise was continuous. I should have trusted my instincts and asked for a different room, because the worst was yet to come.
The room itself was clean but tired (musty smell and a lumpy bed). The tv was blurry like snow and the shower tap leaked in an echoey bathroom. We heard a lot of noise from the room upstairs, but fortunately it died down around 11pm. We were rudely awakened at 6:30 am by sharp beeping from the hallway which became incessant. Later on we discovered that this offensive noise was being emitted from the waffle iron in the breakfast nook!
