点评:I give it a 2 out of 5. Location was good. The man who worked the front desk on Saturday night was delightful and professional. The woman who worked Sunday morning was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. She was rude and dismissive when we asked if they had gluten-free options available (which they do not despite a posted sign). They said breakfast was available until 10am but clearly they meant that the lights would still be on but after 9:15am they would not be replacing anything. The oatmeal was almost all water when I asked for some… she brought me this slop. The breakfast was so dismal and unaccommodating that it ruined our entire stay. Too bad. I had planned on leaving a great review. I’ll be sure to add this to the Hilton website, the Google listing, and TripAdvisor as well. Really a shame that the rude and dismissive attitude of the front desk worker Sunday morning had to put a blight on the whole operation.
