亚历山德里亚老城英迪格酒店的点评
点评：I wanted to love this place. It's in a great location and had a nice overall vibe. It was easy to find as well. Then the problems started.
Parking is tight. When I pulled into the driveway, I was told that self parking was full. I'm not even sure they are able to accommodate everyone that has a car, as that is how tight the garage is. Parking on the street was not available either, since all spots were taken.
They charge a resort fee, and then say that $15 goes towards their "market" of overpriced snacks. After totaling $15 worth of items, there is a tax on top of it. So, you're coerced into buying their stuff, with a tax on top of it.
The room was quiet, which was great. The bed was comfortable as well. I had a decent night sleep.
I forgot an item in the room, after I had driven away. However if I had turned around, I'm not sure it would still be there. I called the hotel, and followed the prompts for the lost and found department. On the recording they promise a return call by the end of the day. But no....not only will you not receive a call back, you won't get a hold of anyone, and after multiple calls and emails, you will finally receive an email about a week later stating there was nothing found.
