点评：We first tried to go threw the drive thru and set at the speaker for 10 mins without anyone saying a word then we decided to just go into McDonald's where we used the keosk and when we were done with our order it was out of printing paper so we never got a receipt so just being nice we then went to the counter to notify the manager that the machine was out of paper and that we did not receive our receipt where then the manager got a really nasty additude we me and then went on to say she don't mess with it and then my fiancé just said when our order comes up we would just like our food and then after all that you would think we could at least get what we paid for right and maybe after all that the manager of the store could or should have at least made surethat ourorder was at least right but I'll let you take a look see if you can see the kind of service you will get and pay for if you want to pay for things you don't want and pay for things that aren't there you might want to get them.However at the McDonald's on Alcoa highway that just want be the case you will pay to be talked down to and told there not going to do there job or give you your receipt and then go on and not even give you what you paid for. Sorry McDonald's but this is one customer that will not ever be back and also I will do whatever it takes to make sure that your reviews show what kind of service other hard working people will get when visiting your location ....☹
