点评:Food itself is quite good . Been here many times . As of lately , service has gone down . More tables ( outside in particular) and more guests , but hardly any extra staff .
I asked wine to be served immediately. Took a while but white wine was warm and came in an ice bucket that was half full only. Staff did not bother really to open the bottle so we had to ask them .
My dish was lukewarm , potatoes stone cold so needed to be reheated. Wife’s dish same thing . Reheated .
Too many people trying to get attention staff , who are running around having to cover a lot more space than before the added tables . No organization , nobody really in command … just staff hectically running around trying to cut corners to serve customers . But jobs halve done , only requires more work .
It was a lot better before the pandemic . Price up, service down . Not really a big issue , but when food is being impacted for the worse , then it’s not really a good thing .
Staff doing there best but often overwhelmed .
Was here also two weeks back. Same scenario. People arrive and after 15 mns still dirty plates of previous diners not cleaned . Too many people trying to get attention of staff … they are just too busy .
Needs proper organization and work process .
We have scaled down our visits considerably after the pandemic .
Take out can also be erratic … hit and miss . Not going in the right direction .
