点评：Went here for the first time in ages as we had moved to Makati City and decided to have an early dinner. Restaurant was quiet only 20 people so we ordered Mussels Lombardi for sharing and Chicken Milanese.
When the food came the Chicken Milanese was cold and must have been prepared earlier and also, nothing accompanying it, no pasta, mash or rice so sent it back to be reheated
The Mussels Lombardi were also cold and sharing size? Only good for one person. So sent these back and asked for fresh mussels as in no doubt what we had ordered would have been reheated.
Given that the place was not busy why could the staff not provide freshly cooked and hot food? it really was a bad experience and Italianni’s promotes itself as “the best Italian restaurant in Manila” which is a joke as there are way better Italian themed places to eat.
Management should be ashamed of themselves for promoting this as genuine Italian food as I lived and worked in Milan for 12 months during Covid and the food there outshines the poor facsimile that Italianni’s is promoting.
Needless to say we will be avoiding this restaurant chain.
