点评:On April 11, 2022, my sister requested a table for 12 for a family celebration of my mother in law’s 81st birthday at 6:30 pm. at ITALIANNIS TRINOMA. The table was reserved when she checked it at around 5:30 pm. When we came in at 6:15, there was an actor who was given the table that was reserved for us. The customer service officer said that the table was assigned when she was out. The blondie manager did not even make amends. To ease the tension, I told my sister that we will just settle for another long table. Still the blondie manager made to effort to apologize for giving the table to someone else even when we were already at the vicinity. She became nice only when my sister, a Bistro cardholder, started asking why she did not even inform the staff, who assisted my sister, that she had given the table to the actor. Before that, she was just standing behind the bar with arms crossed to her chest and an irritated look on her face, but did not provide us any remedy.
