点评：I wanted to take a moment to express my deep disappointment with the dinner experience. Despite repeated reminders via email and WhatsApp to have the words "Happy Birthday Mum" written on the cake and staff even confirmed over WhatsApp that they had added the requested wording to the cake.
Still cake arrived without the requested wording. Additionally, the cake itself was plain and of poor quality, completely different from the standard I’ve experienced over the past two years, which was significantly better. I can't help but wonder if the cake was a leftover from the buffet, as it looked similar to the sliced cakes from the dessert section at the Kwee Zeen buffet I had before.
Had I known, I would have opted for a better cake elsewhere for my mum’s special day.
I also requested a birthday song performance for my mum’s 70th birthday, but this was declined, with staff stating that such a service was not offered. This was confusing as I had seen Google reviews mentioning birthday song performances, which is why I made the request. I can't help but wonder if the subpar service was due to my use of an Accor member’s voucher.
