点评:My wife and I went to dine there in August. It was our daughter's birthday. A table had been booked a day before.
Well, it's a popular place in Krasnodar. Nestled in a green lane by the central Krasnaya (meaning Beautiful) street, it offers local cuisine that may not be of Paul Bocuse level but is tasty, copious, and of high quality.
We had caramelised aubergines in cream sauce, borscht (Russian beetroot soup), zander patties, seafood pil pil (a Spanish and Basque dish; pil pil means garlic and chilli) in tomato sauce, two glasses of local Sikory sauvignon blanc, some estragon lemonade, and a kettle of green tea.
As we expected, the food was quite nice, and their service was close to supersonic; dishes appeared on our table so quickly that we hardly had time to finish them off. If we had swallowed at their speed, we would've done away with our dinner in half an hour:)
It cost us RUR 4,500 (≈ USD 50), which we deemed reasonable.
Recommended.
Outdoor seating is available. It's somewhat stuffy inside.
It could be a problem to find a parking place nearby on Friday evenings and on weekends.
