The baked spinach side dish was salty. The ribeye was kind of disappointing: chewy parts and almost a quarter of it was fat. The service crew was helpful and attentive. The most disappointing part was when we got the bill. The ribeye was listed at 6,185 pesos even though the menu states 5,500 pesos. When I asked, the staff said it was because the one they served was 900 gms. instead of 800 gms. I pointed out that the menu indicates approx 800 gms., meaning more or less than 800 gms., at the given price of 5500, and the menu does not say that it was per 100 gm. unlike the other steaks. The cashier and the waiter apologized for bot telling us that they had such policy for charging over 800 gms. I told them that they it wasn't their fault because it was not indicated in the menu. I asked for the manager or asst. manager, but there were none. I said I would only pay for what is right and fair according to the menu. The staff finally saw the point and relented, although they did bot follow the stated price on the menu as they said it could not be undone in the system. They just tried to find ways to even out the bill and.orice difference. I just hope that wouldn't be taken against the waiter. Before leaving, I told them to tell the management to fix their menu and system pricing. I hope they do improve, but I don't think we're going back.
