点评：My husband and I recently stayed for a week at the Escosas Bar & Beach Resort in Amlan. The Escosa is beautiful and very picturesque. It was a challenging experience. Unfortunately we had a challenging experience. My husband uses a cpap machine, the electrical power fluctuated so dramatically that the first night his machine shut off over 15 times throughput the night. The same night there were 3 roosters on the yard directly behind our room that started crowing around 3am. The shower in our room had good water pressure but in a week I was able to find the sweet spot to get hot water only once. The room was clean and comfortable but someone on a nearby property was continually burning something that air conditioner would pull the smell into the room. The employees are friendly and helpful but very understaffed. Joy worked everyday we were there during the day. She was fantastic. She checked guests in, waited on guests at the restaurant /bar and delivered food and laundry to the rooms. I believe she was also in charge of housekeeping for the rooms. The food from the restaurant was fine some things really good while other things just ok. The biggest issue with the food at the Escosa was the wait. Breakfast was usually 30 minutes from order, lunch 45 minutes from order and dinner over an hour. I even tried ordering ahead for dinner but that night it took an hour and a half from order to get my food. Last but not least the pool was very nice and the beach inviting. I would give the Escosa a 5 on a 1-10 scale. Some things great, some things ok and some things very poor.
