Tartufo Ristorante - Pasig的点评
点评：We went to the Tartufo in Makati, not Pasig.
My guest arrived before me, and was told that the table was not ready, even though there were hardly any people in the restaurant (as it was not quite 6 pm).
After we were seated, the service was pretty good.
However, the food was very ordinary.
My colleague and I both had the Octopus to start. This was served on a small hot cast iron plate. However, what was served were the tips of small tentacles, so they were burnt by the hot plate and very dry. Larger chunks would have survived better.
My colleague had the meat balls (which was also a starter). They were terrible. Cheese in the centre, then a layer of meat, then cheese on the outside. The worst thing is that she had diarrhea and stomach cramps all night.
I had the osso bucco, which was reasonable. The piece of marrow was very good. but the meat was a little on the dry side.
For the cost of the restaurant, I would definitely not recommend it.
