点评：I was scheduled at 1:30pm for a lunch buffet. I approached the buffet area and no one came to assist me. Its like everybody was busy. Other servers saw me but didn't bother to approach me. When I finally approached another server, they let me seat on a table for 6 persons. However, they didn't remove the other plates, even though they knew I was alone. Normally, they should remove the other plates. At the start of my buffet, I noticed that there was no more pizzas available so I asked the staff if they will still serve pizza. The staff couldn't answer me. Later, I was served with a solo pizza. Also, at one time, no one was available to serve at the ice cream counter until a supervisor noticed me and asked a staff to assist me. I also ordered for coffee and hot tea but they never came until I asked another server for coffee and hot tea. For me, it appears that they are either understaffed or their staff lacked training on catering customers.
