点评：My family and I took a full day dhow cruise with Khasab travel and tours, I booked by phone from the Dubai office
Thumbs up:
- The cruise itself is amazing, therapeutic scenery and very good services.
- Mr. Singh, the tour guide, was very helpful and had great geographical and historical informations about the area. I suggest you ask for him.
- All the on-board staff were nice and friendly.
- Seeing the dolphins was very enjoyable.
Thumbs down:
- The guys in the Dubai office had horrible communication! I booked 10 days ahead, they sent me the payment link, paid immediately, and then did not receive any confirmation or location! I kept calling and calling, but they sent nothing. After a week, I called Oman office, and they confirmed and sent me the location via WhatsApp.
- Not punctual, the departure was delayed; we had to wait for the company's driver who was bringing other passengers.
